Andy Reid said that no player in his eight year tenure has ever missed the team charter. Way to go Brodrick! Finally breaking the mold like we hoped you would.
What was Bunkley's excuse for missing the flight? He was getting fried chicken for the team as rookies often do. He got caught in traffic after picking up the delectable bird and could even pinpoint the exact intersection where the traffic light was giving him trouble. It was Bartram and Island ave where the traffic become a problem.
This wasn't enough detail to satiate my constant need for information so I turned to the resource any good blogger would turn to: Google Maps. In a quick search for "fried chicken" near Bartram and Island Avenues we can conclude that there is a good chance Bunkley picked up a family pack of extra crispy at KFC or Popeyes.
We'll never know for sure. Did Bunkley choose Popeyes or KFC? I would have gone out of my way to pick up some Churches Chicken for B-Dawk and the defense. They surely needed some prayers in Indiana.

Truthfully I believe he left KFC without biscuits and mashed potatoes, thus had to return, thus missing the plane.
